Despite 3 months in Remand, Keheliya’s Family enjoys ministerial Perks: Utilizing Official Vehicles and Ministerial Quarters on Government Expenses! I Sri Lanka Latest News

It has been almost three months since former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella was remanded. However, the two official vehicles given to him when he was a minister are still being used by his family members, an official of the Ministry of Health has alleged. Sri Lanka Latest News

Also, the officer questioned why the official residence given to him in Wijerama Mawatha had not yet been handed over.

If a public official is remanded in custody, all the privileges he had received will be immediately revoked, but the official questioned why Keheliya is giving special consideration to Rambukwella.

The official alleged that the family members of Keheliya Rambukwella, who is under remand, are coming to Welikada prison in the same official vehicles.-​​
