A complaint has been submitted to the Human Rights Commission regarding the kidnapping of a businessman in Kegalle.
The businessman says that a group of people, claiming to be from the secret police, abducted him and brought him to Colombo in handcuffs, and after a phone call to his home, everything changed.
He also stated that the group then checked the documents of his vehicle and released him near the Warakapola Police Stadium.
