This petition was filed today (27) by Sobitha Rajakaruna and D. N. It was reconsidered today before the Court of Appeal bench consisting of Messrs. Samarakoon.
President’s Counsel Mr. Saliya Peiris presented the facts before the court on behalf of the members of the Interim Committee including Arjuna Ranatunga, the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Cricket Interim Control Committee, who are named as respondents in the relevant petition.
After that further inquiry was adjourned till tomorrow.
