Court Bans UNP Member Holding Gates at Maulana Festival Hall, A Declared Public Property – Sri Lanka Latest News [VIDEO]

The court has proceeded to issue a restraining order about the case assigned to the court regarding the illegal construction in front of the reception hall by Kitsiri Rajapakse, a United National Party organizer in Suduwella Constituency, Colombo. Sri Lanka Latest News

The order is in place till April 4.

Mr. Faizer Mustafa appeared in the case on behalf of the petitioner.

Alevi Maulana recreation Hall has been built as a tribute to Alavi Maulana, who was a former Minister of Labor in the United Freedom Alliance government, a former Governor and a former Member of Parliament. He also lived in Sudu Wella area.
