In addition, the Secretary of the Ministry has taken steps to invite the Prime Minister and other ministers of the government to the ceremony and the Secretary has taken steps to include their photographs in the invitation.
However, the most special event to be seen here is the absence of the photo of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who started the relevant project, in the invitation.
Also, no information has been reported so far as to whether the former president has been invited to this event.
