The Civil Intelligence Front has lodged a formal complaint with the Disposal of Assets Unit against Ilangai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) Member of Parliament S. Sridharan, who represents the Jaffna District.
The complaint alleges that MP Sridharan has accumulated a substantial amount of undeclared wealth through the misuse of political power.
According to Civil Intelligence Front Convener Sanjaya Mahawatte, Sridharan, who entered politics in 2010 while serving as a school principal, has since transformed into a significant capitalist figure. The organization further claims that a considerable portion of assets is registered under the names of Sridharan’s wife and daughter as well.
