The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) marked a historic milestone as the All Share Price Index (ASPI) reached an all-time high, closing at 15,400.53 points.
The ASPI rose by 232.13 points, exceeding the previous record of 15,168.40 points set just a day earlier.
Meanwhile, the S&P SL20 Index stood at 4,602.40 points by the end of the day.
The CSE reported a remarkable turnover of Rs. 7 billion at the close of trading.
