Dr. Ruwais Hanifa, the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) mayoral candidate for Colombo, claims that a certain group is attempting to tarnish his reputation by launching a smear campaign.
According to Dr. Hanifa, allegations have been made suggesting that he was arrested for distributing alcohol during his campaign activities.
Refuting these accusations, Dr. Hanifa firmly stated that he is a sober individual and has never served alcohol at any point.
