Colombo Lotus Tower ready for investment opportunities

The next phase of the Colombo Lotus Tower’s business plan has been revealed through advertisements for investment opportunities.

The Tower House, according to the newspaper advertisement, has floors 3 through 7.

The sky lounge/banquet hall is located on the third floor, and a banquet hall is located on the fourth floor.

The 5th floor has a revolving restaurant, the 6th floor has six luxury rooms, and the 7th floor has an observation deck.

Meanwhile, the Tower Base has three floors and a roof.

The Lotus Tower’s ground floor features exclusive shops, a lake view, food courts, souvenir shops, a photo booth, and an exhibition gallery.

On the first floor, there are innovation centres, a lake view, a coffee lounge, an E-sport arena, a 9D cinema, a digital banking area, and a digital art museum.

The second floor houses offices, an exhibition area, a conference hall, and a special events area.

The Lotus Tower’s Rooftop features restaurants, leisure areas, and a special events area.

Sky diving, bungee jumping, and live concerts are among the other unforgettable life experiences available at the Colombo Lotus Tower.
