The Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court ordered the government analyst to immediately submit all the DNA reports and phone data records to be released in relation to the death of Dinesh Shafter, director of Janashakti Insurance Group. Sri Lanka Latest News
The court issued this order taking into account a request made by the Criminal Investigation Department through a motion to give an order to summon the reports as the analyst Department had informed over the phone that the analysis of the investigation reports related to this incident had been completed.
Accordingly, the court ordered the government taster to submit the relevant analytical reports to the court immediately
