Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent a letter to Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
That letter was given to President Ranil Wickramasinghe by Mr. Chen Zhao, Deputy Minister of the Chinese Communist Party, who is on a visit to Sri Lanka.
That was today (14th) when a high level delegation including the Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Mr. Chen Zhao met President Ranil Wickramasinghe.
The Chinese Embassy of Sri Lanka said this in a tweet.
