The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) today (01) recorded a statement from former Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, B. Wijeyarathne.
The statement was obtained in connection with an ongoing investigation into the leasing of a building in Rajagiriya for the Ministry of Agriculture.
Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and former Minister of Agriculture Duminda Dissanayake have been directly accused in relation to the matter.
