Here, the Magistrate issued an order to the Government Suspicious Documents Inspector to examine the signatures of Sugath Janaka Fernando, the owner of Isulate Biotech Pharma Company, who is the first suspect here, who is said to have imported the Bala drugs.
The court issued orders to the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Colombo and the Director of the Ceylon Institute of Physiological Pathology to conduct a ranking analysis and report to the court as to how the drugs in question had been established in the priority ranking.
