A special search operation has been launched at the Kandy District Secretariat following a bomb threat.
Police officers and personnel from the Police Special Task Force (STF) have been deployed to carry out the search operation.
According to reports, the threat was received through an anonymous email claiming that a bomb had been placed at the Kandy District Secretariat.
