Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Secretary General Attorney at law Sagara Kariyawasam stated that the Political Council will be meeting at the residence of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa in Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo.

The meeting will start at 03.00 pm.

He mentioned that several matters including the current political situation and the granting of powers to the party’s disciplinary board are to be discussed today.
