As we said, on that day the Senior Vice President of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Mr. Shan Wijayalal de Silva, a Member of Parliament, had met the opposition leader, Mr. Sajith Premadasa, and joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya.
Mr Shan Wijayalal de Silva served as the Chief Minister of the South, and he is known as one who has not been accused of any corruption.
