Attorney at law Upul Kumarapperuma, Duvini Godagama and Terisha Vedaarachchi appear for Anura Dissanayake on Friday (13). This case has been assigned under No. DMR/02065/2023 in the Colombo District Court regarding a statement made with malice and defamation without any basis. Also, a media organization has also been held accountable in the same petition for dispersing the statements of the accused without investigating the facts.
