Former Minister of Finance and Justice MP Ali Sabri was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs to support President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, who fled the country, according to Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Member of Parliament M.A. Sumanthiran explains. Mr. Ali Sabri is Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s personal lawyer, according to the MP.
