Venerable Pahiangala Ananda Sagara Thero mentions that behind the giving of 100,000,000 Monkeys to China is a multi-million racket.
He also pointed out that before taking such a decision, it should be discussed with the relevant experts in the special field.
Saying that Monkeys is being taken for biological tests, he said that he hopes to meet with the President to reverse this decision.
