A collection of abandoned vehicles, reportedly owned by the government, has been discovered within the grounds of the Sravasti Mandir in Colombo 07.
The discovery was made during an inspection of the premises conducted yesterday (27) by a group of parliamentarians.
The building, previously used as the office for the Western Provincial Council, was being evaluated for potential allocation to Members of Parliament.
According to our correspondent, some of the vehicles found on the premises appear to have been involved in accidents.
