Speaking at the cabinet press conference today (23), Cabinet Spokesman Minister Bandula Gunawardena said that the Government’s attention has been focused on abolishing the Anti-Racism Act and introducing a new Act on National Security instead.
Meanwhile, the Cabinet has approved the preparation of the budget estimates for the next year with the aim of increasing the state revenue. The cabinet is also focused on providing a voucher for school uniforms from 2024.
