A Sri Lankan named Thurailingam Prabhagar has become the lucky winner of the grand prize draw held three days ago.
Working as a supervisor in a company in Dubai, he moved to the United Arab Emirates 16 years ago.
Thurailingam, who has been buying tickets with his friends for the past 5 years, bought the winning ticket online last August.
When asked about Thurailingam’s victory, a friend of his said that he was shocked by the victory and is still reeling from the shock.
