Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s premier Life Insurer, recently celebrated the outstanding achievements of its MDRT-qualified Insurance relationship officers (IROs) at Waters Edge, Battaramulla. The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is the highest recognition for insurance advisers globally, recognising those who exemplify the highest ethical standards, continue to build trust with stakeholders and delivering best-in-class solutions to customers.
The event featured a knowledge-sharing session with keynote speaker Sudeera Godabaddage who offered valuable insights, tools and strategies to enable attendees to excel in their roles. Another highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony where the top-performing IROs were recognised and celebrated for their outstanding contributions.
