Sampath Bank PLC has introduced Appointment Banking, a premium service that empowers the Bank’s most valued clients to take control of how and when they wish to be served, offering personalised attention, complete privacy, and a seamless, queue-free experience.

This service is exclusively available to Priority Reserve and Private Banking members and reflects Sampath Bank’s commitment to redefining high-value banking.

“At Sampath Bank, we understand that time is a valuable asset for our customers,” said Mr. Sanjaya Gunawardana, Managing Director Designate at Sampath Bank. “Appointment Banking is our way of honouring that time by providing a more personalised and seamless banking experience. More than just a matter of convenience, it reflects our commitment to building deeper, more meaningful relationships with our clients, allowing us to serve them with greater insight, discretion, and care.

Appointment Banking allows clients to reserve a dedicated Relationship Officer at one of 50 select branches across the country. They have been carefully selected and specially trained to act as personal ambassadors, providing tailored support, proactive service, and consistent engagement. Clients can log in to Sampath Vishwa via mobile or desktop to choose their preferred branch, date, and time, ensuring a hassle-free, uninterrupted visit.

Following strong interest and positive feedback from early customers at the Super Branches in Colombo, Thalawathugoda, Pelawatte, Maharagama, and Battaramulla, Sampath Bank has now extended the service to 45 additional locations. Each appointment is conducted in a private setting, allowing for focused conversations around banking transactions, investment planning, and wealth growth strategies.

Looking ahead, Sampath Bank will continue to enhance the Priority Reserve experience by offering exclusive benefits, lifestyle privileges, and customised insights as part of its broader strategy to support the aspirations of its mass affluent customers. Eligible clients can easily make appointments through the Appointment Banking widget on Sampath Vishwa Retail. For more information, contact your nearest Sampath Bank branch.
