Nestlé Lanka’s commitment towards quality as a non-negotiable priority was recognized at the Sri Lanka National Quality Awards 2020, organized by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI). The ‘Good food, Good life’ company, which manufactures over 90% of its products sold in Sri Lanka at its state-of-the-art factory in Kurunegala, was adjudged winner in the Manufacturing (Large) Category.

“It gives us immense pleasure to be awarded by the National Standards Body in Sri Lanka for our stringent quality standards. Quality and food safety form the foundation of all we do at Nestlé. Therefore, this recognition signifies and reaffirms our steadfast commitment towards this end, whilst offering our beloved consumers the assurance of quality. As a leading Food and Beverage company, we look forward to delighting our Sri Lankan consumers with tastier and healthier products of the highest quality, as done for over 115 years” said Mr. Jason Avanceña, Managing Director of Nestlé Lanka.
