National Chamber Seminar on “Latest Tax Amendments”

The National Chamber of Commerce will conduct a half a day seminar on “Latest Tax Amendments” on Wednesday, 11 January 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at the National Chamber Auditorium at No 450, D. R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.

The seminar covers; changes in following taxes, Advanced Personal Income Tax (APIT), PAYE Tax, Corporate Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), With Holding Tax (WHT).

The Resource Persons and Panelist are: Mr. Nihal Wijewardena – Senior Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department, Ms. Priyanka Dissabandara – Senior Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department, and Ms. Sarah Afker, Partner – Tax Services, BDO Partners. The panel discussion will be moderated by Mr. Nandika Buddhipala, President of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka and Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
