National Chamber One-Day Workshop“From Service to ‘WOW’: Mastering the Art of Creating Unforgettable Customer Experiences in Sales Outlets & Showrooms”

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka is pleased to announce a specialized, interactive, and highly practical one-day workshop titled, “𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 “𝙒𝙊𝙒”—How to Create Amazing Customer Experiences at Your Sales Outlet/Showroom” on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium, Colombo 10.

This exclusive session is tailored to elevate the skills and service delivery of staff operating in sales outlets, retail showrooms, and other frontline environments where exceptional customer interaction is essential. Participants will gain practical insights and hands-on techniques to improve customer engagement, boost sales performance, and create memorable customer experiences.

The workshop will be conducted by Mr. Sarath Dias-Bandaranayake, a veteran Management Trainer, Life & Business Coach, Mentor and Management Consultant. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Development, Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, Founder Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers, Member of the Association of Human Resource Professionals and Member of the International Coaching Federation – Colombo Chapter. He is a Certified Life and Business Coach. With vast experience in Banking, Finance, HR and People Development, Mr. Dias-Bandaranayake brings a wealth of practical knowledge and proven strategies to inspire transformation at the customer service level.

The workshop content: Role plays and real-life scenario-based learning; Interactive guided reflections; Sales and customer engagement techniques; Operational efficiency strategies for frontline staff and Tips on delivering a consistent “WOW” experience.

This workshop is ideal for the frontline sales and showroom staff, Customer Experience Associates/Representatives, Sales Personnel, Representatives, Executives Retail Managers and Anyone interested in enhancing customer engagement and service delivery.
