Hemas Holdings PLC announced the appointment of Ms. Thusitha Perera as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1st September 2024. In addition to her Board appointment, she will also serve on the Audit Committee and the Related Party Transaction Review Committee of Hemas Holdings PLC.
Ms. Perera has many years of local and international experience in Finance, Business Services, and People Development. She counts 24 years of experience with two Global multinationals; namely Holcim and Michelin where she served in several international markets. Ms. Perera last served as CFO/Executive Director of Camso Loadstar Pvt Ltd until her retirement in August 2024.
Ms. Perera currently serves on the Board of Capital Alliance Holdings Limited as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She is a Member of CPA Australia and holds a Master’s degree from QUT Australia in International Business.
Ms. Perera’s diverse experience and insights will be invaluable as the Group continues to drive growth across its businesses.
