Great Place To Work® is set to host the CXO Forum 2025 on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, at theGrand Ballroom, Hilton Colombo, bringing together over 150 top-level leaders and decision-makers from Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, China, Japan, and the Middle East.

This year’s theme, “The Culture Connect: Unlocking Multigenerational Leadership Through Shared Values,” explores the urgent need for leadership models that transcend generational divides in the modern workplace.

With organizations now spanning five generations, the ability to foster inclusive, purpose-driven cultures is more crucial than ever. The forum will address how shared values like trust, purpose, empathy, innovation, and inclusion can bridge generational gaps, drive collaboration, and enable organizations to thrive in times of rapid change.

A highlight of the evening will be the recognition of the Best Workplaces for Young Talent, celebrating companies that not only nurture future leaders but actively involve them in shaping organizational culture and driving transformation.

The event will showcase a powerful lineup of sessions led by renowned thought leaders, offering deep insights and practical strategies for organizations navigating the complexities of multigenerational workplaces. The keynote address, “The Secret to Multigenerational Leadership Success,” will be delivered by globally recognized speaker and best-selling author Mimi Nicklin, who will explore how empathy-led leadership and cultural transformation can help unlock the potential of teams spanning multiple generations.

Complementing this, Haaziq Feroze, Head of Events & Programs at Great Place to Work®, will present the key findings from the 2025 Best Workplaces for Young Talent study, sharing data-driven insights on how leading organizations are engaging, retaining, and empowering young professionals, and setting benchmarks for building cultures that inspire future leaders.

The forum will also host an engaging panel discussion titled “Legacy to Leap: Building a Digitally Fluent Multigenerational Workforce,” bringing together some of the region’s most dynamic leaders and experts in digital transformation and workforce strategy.

The panel features Treasurex Melchior, CEO and AI Integration Coach at Pulseshift (Pvt) Ltd, who will share insights on integrating AI into organizational frameworks; Sanjini Munaweera, Regional Head South Asia at ADA, bringing a perspective on data-driven marketing and cross-border leadership; Shanaka Rabel, Group Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at Stretchline Holdings Ltd, who will explore strategies for driving enterprise-wide digital transformation; and Chameera De Silva, a Doctoral Scholar in Artificial Intelligence, who will provide an academic and future-focused lens on AI and generational dynamics in the workplace. Together, they will examine how organizations can bridge generational divides, leverage digital fluency, and transition from legacy practices to agile, tech-enabled cultures capable of thriving in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.

Kshanika Ratnayaka Director/CEO of Great Place To Work® – Sri Lanka shared, “the CXO Forum 2025 marks a defining moment for leadership conversations in the region. As workplaces evolve to include five generations, the need to bridge these perspectives through shared values has never been greater. This forum is not just about dialogue; it is about equipping leaders with actionable insights to build inclusive, purpose-driven cultures that can thrive amidst constant change. We are proud to create a platform where regional leaders can connect, collaborate, and shape the future of work together”.
