AIA Insurance, the pioneer of bancassurance in Sri Lanka, recently celebrated 20 years of excellence in the sector, with a glamorous event hosted for their bank partners, broker partners and AIA’s partnership distribution and senior management. This celebratory evening honouring “20 years of partnership distribution” was held at Cinnamon Life City of Dreams, Colombo.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, AIA Insurance unveiled a preview of a publication titled ‘In Pursuit of Perfection,’ capturing two decades of success in partnership distribution. This was a first of its kind in the bancassurance and insurance industry in Sri Lanka. The publication is set to be released later this year.
While thanking their esteemed exclusive bank partners–NDB Bank, DFCC Bank, Commercial Bank, as well as NDB Wealth Management, Pan Asia Bank and broker partners–for the trust and support placed in AIA Insurance, the company continues to lead the way in bancassurance/partnership distribution, while setting new standards for the insurance industry.
In 2025, AIA, backed by its compelling propositions and proven bancassurance expertise, aims to increase the penetration of life and health insurance across Sri Lanka while helping people live “Healthier, Longer and Better Lives”.
