This Ramadan, ITC Ratnadipa invites guests to celebrate the holy month with ‘A Feast for the Senses,’ a lavish Iftar buffet at the Indian Ocean Pavilion, available from 18 February to 19 March between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. each evening, at LKR 9,500 nett per person. This specially curated dining experience offers an elevated setting for families, friends and colleagues to break their fast together and reflect on the spirit of the season.

The spread reflects the generosity associated with Ramadan dining, beginning with traditional kanji in both mutton and chicken, accompanied by dates and mixed nuts to break the fast. Guests can also enjoysix varieties of freshly prepared fried items featuring chicken and mutton, along with shawarma. The buffet further features fragrant biryanis, slow-cooked curries, freshly baked breads, and a selection of savoury delicacies. To conclude the meal, diners can choose from a range oftraditional Arabic sweets, desserts, and refreshing beverages, offering a fitting end to the evening’s meal. Alongside these Ramadan specialties, guests can also enjoy an international buffet at the Indian Ocean Pavilion.

At the Indian Ocean Pavilion, subtle lantern lighting, refined interiors, and attentive service create an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for reflection, celebration, and connection during the holy month. The Indian Ocean Pavilion offers a variety of dining experiences, from all-day dining and brunch to buffets and casual meals, catering to families, large groups, and intimate gatherings alike. Guests can enjoy dining with an ocean view, live cooking stations, open kitchens, and quick bites, ensuring every visit is as much about the experience as it is about the food.

As evening falls, ITC Ratnadipa opens its doors to a thoughtfully prepared Ramadan feast. For reservations or inquiries, call +94 117 856 500.
