Opposition leader Sajith Premadasa said in Padduvasnuwara that there is only one option for building this country and there is no journey or future without it and that is Samagi Jana Balawega.
The Padduvasnuwara Constituency Board meeting of Samagi Jana Balawega was held yesterday (15) under the chairmanship of the opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa and a huge number of people attended it.
He said that some people who issue statements that Unut is one and Munut is one are trying to say that they are very clean, but they forget that they themselves appointed a person involved in the tsunami theft to the office of president and joined governments and held ministerial positions on various occasions.
The leader of the opposition said that the Samagi Jana Balawega has accomplished the task of adding value to the country at a level that no opposition has done in history, even sitting in the opposition.
The opposition leader said that since then everything he has said and done has come true. The same Udavia who laughed when he said these things then said that it is ridiculous to issue statements approving those things today.
He said that when he said that the only thing that should be done to build the country from this current distortion is to immediately appoint a new government with a new mandate, some people said that he should examine his brain and today they themselves are crying for an election.
The opposition leader said that the government is trying to control the people of this country by threats of repression and said that the United People’s Force will not allow it.
