Officers of the Northern Crimes Division of the Western Province have recovered 19 firearms and more than 100,000 narcotics that were concealed inside a house located in a housing complex near the Colombo District Crimes Division in Dematagoda. Sri Lanka Latest News
Police sources state that all 19 firearms are locally manufactured, marking the first time such a large quantity of firearms has been discovered in a single location.
It is further reported that subsequent investigations carried out following the arrest connected to more than 40 kilograms of ice drugs led authorities to this location and the discovery of the concealed weapons and narcotics.
