Iran’s third missile barrage in the early hours of today (March 13, 2026) wounded nearly 60 people in the northern Israeli areas of Zarzir and Nof HaGalil, according to Reuters and local media.
The Magen David Adom (MDA) ambulance service confirmed that one of the injured is in critical condition, while the others sustained minor injuries caused by shattered glass and debris. One of the missiles struck a settlement near the city of Nazareth, causing severe damage to four homes and setting several vehicles on fire in the area.
The attack triggered sirens across northern Israel, forcing thousands of residents to flee to safety. The Israeli fire service stated that seven firefighting teams were deployed to extinguish fires at several missile impact sites. In parallel, Hezbollah launched more than 200 rockets, and security sources said Iran planned the attack to demonstrate that its long-range missile systems remain operational.
