Minister Bimal Ratnayake stated that he believes former Speaker Ashoka Ranwala no longer possesses a certificate, as a sufficient amount of time has passed for him to submit his doctorate certificate.
Speaking during a political program on Derana Rupavahini yesterday (20), the Minister noted that Ashoka Ranwala has not fulfilled his commitment to submit the doctorate certificate, despite more than a year having passed. Consequently, he has been subjected to the maximum political punishment that his party can impose.
