India has decided to extend a reconstruction assistance package worth US$ 450 million to Sri Lanka for rebuilding areas affected by Cyclone Ditva.
The assistance package comprises a concessional loan of US$ 350 million and a grant of US$ 100 million, Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar announced.
The statement was made by Dr. Jaishankar during a joint press conference held today.
