The death toll resulting from the adverse weather conditions has risen to 153, according to the latest update. The Disaster Management Center (DMC) stated that 191 individuals remain missing.
This information was released in a statement issued by the DMC today (29) at 6:00 p.m.
So far, a total of 774,724 people from 217,263 families across 25 districts have been affected by the disaster. The DMC further noted that 100,898 people from 27,494 families are currently accommodated in 798 shelters.
