A complaint has been lodged with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) regarding the legal status of Namal, according to Sri Lanka Latest News.
Civil activist Kamantha Thushara stated that after Namal entered the Law College, the university had accepted his certificate. Thushara noted that this matter has raised concerns, prompting the formal complaint to the CID.
