Sri Lanka Air Force said there is absolutely NO truth in the audio recording that was released to social media claiming that President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa is staying in a private house belonging to Air Force Commander Air Marshal Sudarshan Pathirana.
In a statement, the Air Force stated that this was propaganda published to tarnish the reputation of the Air Force and the Air Force Chief and to achieve the narrow opportunistic objectives of spreading hatred and anger among the public against the Air Force.
