Patali Champika: Electricity Board Division Was Wickremesinghe’s Proposal, JVP Opposed from Start

Former Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka stated that the proposal to divide the Electricity Board was originally submitted by former President Ranil Wickremesinghe many years ago. He further noted that the current ruling party, the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), has opposed this proposal since its inception.
