Reports indicate that three-wheeler drivers and certain rental vehicle owners have been issuing threats to pick-me-up drivers over an extended period of time.
Despite these ongoing incidents, no concrete response appears to have been provided by the relevant authorities. The issue resurfaced recently when a video showing three-wheeler drivers threatening a pick-me-up driver went viral on social media.

This matter is now being brought to the attention of the Inspector General of Police.
