Over 100,000 Heroin Addicts and 300,000 Cannabis Users in Sri Lanka, Says NDDCB Official

According to the Assistant Director of the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board, over 100,000 individuals in Sri Lanka are addicted to heroin, while approximately 300,000 are dependent on cannabis.
