Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has extended an open invitation to former MPs and Ministers of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (Pohottuwa) to return to the party fold.
This invitation was extended during a meeting held last night at the former President’s official residence in Wijerama, where several former Pohottuwa MPs and Ministers were in attendance.
Sources indicate that the invitation was met with a positive response from the attendees, signaling potential reunification within the party ranks.
