SJB Electoral Organizer Hasith Gunasekara has alleged that Deputy Minister Mahinda Jayasinghe made a false statement in Parliament.
According to Gunasekara, the Deputy Minister claimed during a parliamentary session that he began his political career with the National People’s Force.
Gunasekara further stated that after confronting Minister Jayasinghe regarding this matter, the Deputy Minister assured him that steps would be taken to correct the statement during the next parliamentary session.
