The Convener of the Lanka Teachers’ Service Association, Joseph Stalin, has expressed disappointment over being unable to discuss the long-standing issue of teacher promotions with the Minister of Education and Prime Minister, Ms. Harini Amarasuriya. According to Stalin, his efforts to address the matter have been hindered by the Minister’s busy schedule, leaving the issue unresolved.
