Trade union leader Ananda Palitha has accused the President of entrusting the Oil Corporation and the associated oil company to individuals he described as “thieves.”
Palitha highlighted that serious allegations have been raised against both the current Chairman and a director of the Oil Corporation. He further noted that these allegations have been substantiated by findings from a recent forensic audit.
Additionally, Palitha criticized recent statements made by the Chairman to the media regarding oil prices, claiming they were entirely misleading.
