The U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Julie Chung, clarified that there is no travel ban currently imposed on Sri Lanka.
In a statement to the media, she explained that the U.S. government has only issued a travel advisory advising American citizens to exercise caution specifically when visiting Arugam Bay.
