Mr Namal Rajapaksa, the national organizer of Pohottuwa, has been invited to the wedding of Anand Ambani, son of Mukesh Ambani, the richest person in India and the 10th richest person in the world. Accordingly, Mr Rajapaksa left Sri Lanka on Friday (12) to attend the event.
The wedding ceremony, held over four days in Mumbai, has Mr Namal Rajapaksa as the sole invited politician from Sri Lanka. Anand Ambani is marrying Radhika Merchant, daughter of pharmaceutical tycoons Viren and Shaila Merchant. (Sri Lanka Latest News)
