A mother, son and daughter of the same family who was trapped in the flood situation and could not get out of the house were rescued by a special team of the Navy with great effort.
Due to the overflowing of the lake in Periyakadala with the heavy rains, the canals have overflowed and there has been a situation of flooding. However, the officers of the Thambapanni Naval Ship Institute of the Navy carried out this operation and rescued the group.
A team of special navy officers participated in this operation according to a notification given to the North Western Naval Command headquarters to rescue a group of a single-family trapped in a house in Mundalama area.
