The “Citizen Power Organization Against Bribery, Corruption and Waste” organized a protest in front of the Presidential Secretariat this morning (15).
When the protest started, the police removed the banners and there was a heated situation with the protestors.
Later, the protestors handed over a memorandum to the President’s Additional Secretary Mr. Kapila Munasinghe.
They had organized the protest against the decision taken to restore the vehicle license to the MPs.
